Roomates? R/C Pilots?

I am a christian homeschool student looking to enroll at Embry Riddle in the fall. Just wondering if there are any other homeschooled/christian students who would be interested in rooming with me? I'm also looking for other students who love to fly RC airplanes.

Hay I just graduated from a community college as well from PCA Video. On your housing contract it should have a blank that you would fill in your preferences for roommate/suitemate. Housing is given out by a lottery system but that black may be filled if you know of someone. Does that make sense.

Housing assignments are done on a first-come, first-serve basis. The Housing office will try to accommodate all requests as best they can. All roommate requests must be mutual.

Thanks, I'll be living off campus in a house though, so if anyone is interested let me know. It's about seven miles from campus and is a 3 bedroom house, so I'm looking for two other students to room with. Just thought I'd clarify. :)

As far as RC planes go, there are ALOT of students that have/fly them. There is a RC field basically on campus (its next to the soccer field if you are looking at the campus map) where people are flying pretty much all the time. I don't think you will have any trouble finding other students who love the RC.

Also, if you are interested in building experimental RC planes and flying them (or at least trying to...) there are several different groups on campus that do this, such as Design Build Fly (DBF), Society of Automotive Engineers, and of course, the R/C club! Hope this helped!

Thanks Dillon, I've been over to look at the field a few times and it looks great... I've flown RC for almost 9 years now, so I'll be bringing a few planes for sure! :D We were told the RC club wasn't part of the campus, they just said it was a separate deal and the college didn't do much with it. Looking forward to flying with yall though!
