I love computers, especially trying to cluster them together, and am an avid linux user. I like to program, esp. in FORTRAN, the king of all languages. I also just started learning the violin.
About Me:
I am a senior Space Physics student, concentrating on Astrophysics (I love astrophysics with the fiery passion of a thousand suns). I am the senior student at the campus observatory, and now president of the Society of Physics Students (so if you are an SP freshman, I will be seeing you!). I love research and jump at any chance to get involved with it. I am deeply interested in Type Ia Supernovae. Other than that I am really just your average physics nerd.
Future Goals:
I am a firm believer that if you love what you do, and do the best work you can do at all times, good things will happen. So thats the plan.
Are you learning violin locally? I play with a couple of area symphonies (I've played the violin for about 16 years)... they're great to be involved in. Check out www.prescottsymphony.com
