The Life of a Volleyball Player @ ERAU, PRC, AZ
Aite, so this is my 3rd year on the team :) I believe that this team has been our strongest, so far. Pre-season training kicked my butt, but I'm surviving!!!! The first 3 days was team building, basically we ran 3 mountains (Thumb Butt x2, Granite, and Humphrey's Peak). We also had some on-court practices in the evenings, which killed my legs. well i made it! so i guess that means it went pretty well...right? hehe! ugh..i was about to die up there though, the altitude was really hard for me to adjust too...plus i need to get into shape! so yeah...i'll be there in august for pre-season.
how are you? how was your trip?
I'm leavin this tuesday to samoa so i'll be spending all day tuesday with zach!
I hung out with Alix and Cassie while i was there and they took me to Monsoon! pretty bomb if you ask me..haha!
Not looking forward to gettin on the freakin plane for 10 hours but oh welps....talk to you laters....

Im trying to decide whether I should come down right after graduation...(June 8th) with only four weeks of conditioning preparation and try-out. Or go to the visit in mid-July when I've had more time to get into shape. The only thing is, I don't want to lose my spot so I'm thinking the sooner I get down there and show her my skill level, and maybe get a spot then I can use all summer to get conditioned and ready to play. What do you think?
so yeah I talked to Katy and she wants me to come down some time soon to hang out with her and play some ball. Not sure what to expect, I know I need to get in shape and ready to play. Do you have any suggestions for that...she probably is big on making you run and stuff right? Do you know what my visit with her will be like? yup yup..just kinda stressin on what I need to do to prepare. Katy seems like an amazing coach and I can't wait to meet her! anyways..hit me up when you're in the mood! thanks a lot,

so yeah...I wrote her an e-mail instead. She wasn't there when I called most of the time and didnt really want to leave a message. She hasnt responded but hopefully she will soon. I just asked what I needed to provide her with in order to try-out and etc.! Yayers...I play middle too, but I've been workin on outside this past season! Thanks a million for providing me with all the info. Shoot...I wish i was on my way back down south...lucky! hehe! alright well have a good trip back home and i'll talk to you laters! take it e-z...
